How can I book a Game?
We are open Thursday and Friday 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am to 9:30 pm. We currently only accept online reservations booked 24 hour in advance, however, if there are available time slots shown on our website you can go ahead and book those spots. Please check availability and reserve your game. Click Here to buy tickets. We will open weekdays during the day for corporate team building events. Please contact us to set up dates and times
How long before my scheduled time do I need to arrive?
We ask that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ticket time in order to listen to our tips and safety speech. Late arrivals will be admitted, but your 60 minute window cannot be extended so you will have less game time. No refunds will be offered for late arrivals or no-shows.
Will we really be locked in a room?
The door you enter from acts as both an entrance and an emergency exit and is never locked. There is also an emergency exit button by the last door, however, if you must leave through this exit, the game will end immediately.
Is it scary like the haunted house?
Although some rooms are horror themed, we wouldn’t classify it as scary. There aren’t actors and scares like the haunted house.
How much does an escape game cost?
Each game costs $29.95 per person
Can I pay in cash on arrival?
Yes, but you must reserve the room prior to arrival. Email us for reservations at [email protected]. The best way to reserve your room is through our online ticketing and availability calendar. If you bring additional team members, they can pay cash or credit card at our check in counter.
Can I book an entire room?
Each escape room holds 10 people. If you want the ENTIRE room for your group only, you must book all 10 spots, however, a MINIMUM of 4 people MUST play in order for the game to be valid. You may also book the entire room weeknights by emailing [email protected] (must have a minimum of 5 players to do this)
What is the minimum number of adults that can play?
The MINIMUM number of players is 4. If you booked LESS than 4 players, you will need ADDITIONAL people to book the same time slot with you or you will need to book a time slot containing other players to equal a MINIMUM of 4 players in order for the game to be valid. It is possible that your party will be grouped with other players until the maximum of 10 players is reached. Although unlikely, it MAY include players that have already played the game before. To avoid this situation, we recommend booking all 10 spots for your group.
I made a reservation, but I can’t make it, what do I do?
We understand that things can come up. If you can’t make your reservation please notify us to reschedule. If the number of people change that’s not a problem.
I have a health condition, is it safe for me to play?
It really depends… some health conditions may pose considerable safety risks. If you have a pace-maker, severe heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, are pregnant, or have a physical disability which makes standing difficult we may politely ask you to not participate. Remember, our staff reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason. Bates Motel Escape Rooms are ADA compliant so Wheelchairs can navigate the rooms.
Are children allowed?
If ANYONE in your group is between the ages of 8 and 17 years old, an adult (18+) MUST BOOK ALONG WITH THE MINOR and must accompany the minor INSIDE the game during game play or be present in the lobby at all times.
Where do we park?
There is plenty of parking in front of our location. Plus overflow parking in the rear. Parking is no charge.
